Hydroxyapatite Implant
Hydroxy Apatite (HA) is the established traditional bio-safe material, used for over 20 years with great success worldwide, it has an excellent reputation for being reliable and consistent.
Most manufacturers today choose HA that is produced in a clinical surroundings. This is because Coral has mixed densities and this can cause an imbalance and lead to extrusions. Coral has ‘blind ends’ and this can cause protein to fail at these points and cause a reaction.
